The Branding Presentation
This presentation marks the first creative phase of the branding process, where strategy, emotion, and intention begin to take visual form. Rather than arriving at a single solution immediately, we explore three distinct creative directions, each offering a unique perspective on the brand’s potential identity and world. These routes are not final outcomes, but thoughtful starting points designed to spark conversation, uncover resonance, and guide us toward a refined and intentional final direction. As you move through each concept, we invite you to focus on what feels most aligned emotionally, visually, and intuitively, as these insights will shape the next phase of development and help bring the brand to life in a way that feels authentic, meaningful, and considered.
Creative Direction One
Juanene operates within a highly corporate environment, engaging with C-suite leaders and executives on a daily basis. Yet at the heart of her work lies something far more personal — genuine relationships built on trust, understanding, and meaningful connection. With this in mind, we wanted to create an identity that balances professionalism with personality.
For this direction, we explored a sophisticated typographic approach inspired by the timeless confidence and elegance of Coco Chanel. We crafted a bespoke icon by combining the initials J and F, creating a distinctive monogram that feels both refined and memorable. This icon is paired with a bold yet elegant typeface, resulting in a visual identity that commands attention while remaining graceful and approachable.
The colour palette consists of soft greys complemented by subtle touches of gold, creating a sense of understated luxury. Carefully considered layouts are enhanced by a custom pattern derived from the icon itself, introducing character and movement while gently breaking away from the rigidity often associated with corporate brands.
The result is an identity that feels premium, confident, and polished, while still retaining a warmth and humanity that reflects the way Juanene works with her clients.




Creative Direction Two
For this direction, we wanted to explore a more contemporary and fashion-inspired approach while maintaining the credibility and sophistication required within Juanene’s industry.
At the heart of the identity is a bespoke wordmark, crafted from a beautiful typeface and carefully refined to create something uniquely ownable. Through subtle adjustments and considered detailing, the result is a confident and elegant wordmark that feels timeless yet distinctly modern.
To complement the wordmark, we developed a striking icon inspired by the iconic luxury houses of the world, creating a memorable visual asset that can stand confidently on its own across a variety of applications. Together, the wordmark and icon establish a strong and recognisable presence that feels both premium and enduring.
We also created a custom pattern derived from elements of the typography itself. This pattern introduces rhythm, movement, and visual interest without becoming overly playful or lifestyle-driven, allowing the brand to remain professional while still feeling expressive and engaging.
The colour palette takes a luxurious approach to black and white, softened through warm undertones and complemented by two rich shades of red. These reds feel sophisticated and familiar rather than bold or aggressive, adding depth and character to the overall identity. Throughout the layouts, subtle textures, layered colour applications, and delicate touches of matte gold further elevate the brand, creating a visual language that feels warm, refined, and effortlessly premium.




Creative Direction Three
For our final direction, we wanted to explore something cleaner, more contemporary, and intentionally minimal. This route is centred around the idea that clarity often comes from simplicity — removing unnecessary clutter and allowing the most important elements to shine.
At the heart of the identity is a beautifully versatile typeface that gives us the flexibility to create a wide range of applications across social media, presentations, and digital platforms while maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence. To add warmth and personality, we paired it with a complementary secondary typeface, creating a balance between professionalism and approachability.
The colour palette is intentionally restrained, consisting of a rich near-black, a soft off-white, and a muted olive tone. Together, these colours create a calm and sophisticated foundation that feels timeless, confident, and highly considered.
The overall aesthetic is professional yet familiar, modern yet welcoming. There is a subtle sense of creativity woven throughout the layouts, making the brand feel engaging without ever becoming playful. Every element has been carefully considered to ensure the identity feels refined, effortless, and easy to navigate.
One of the strengths of this direction is its ability to sit comfortably alongside the vibrant and colourful content that Juanene regularly shares. The simplicity of the brand creates a strong professional framework, allowing her content to remain the hero while ensuring the overall brand presence stays polished, recognisable, and cohesive.
